Initial Meeting - Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Let’s connect, either via phone call or zoom, I want to get to know YOU. I want to know about your love story, what your hopes and dreams are for your wedding day (every exciting detail!) and how you’d like it to be preserved for your loved ones for generations to come. Each wedding is unique, with a personalized story and I want to hear all about it. I love this important first step.
Step 1:
Custom Proposal - Let’s Make It Official
After getting to know each other and learning your specific needs and wants for your wedding day photography, a custom proposal will be created. To make things official, I’ll send a link to finalize your contract and payment schedule. Once you sign on the virtual line and submit your booking fee, I’ll put your date in my calendar! Yay!
Step 2:
Engagement Session
We will calendar a portrait date prior to your wedding day, for a personal, intimate and playful portrait session celebrating your engagement. This is a great, stress-free preview to your wedding. The engagement session allows us to get more familiar with each other and will help you feel comfortable in front of my lens. Within three weeks of this engagement session a gallery of your gorgeous images will be provided with an online link.
Step 3:
Plan the Details of Your Day
I’m here for you! Let me be a trusted resource and guide to help you and your planner come up with the perfect timeline for your wedding day photos. I'm happy to share my top vendor recommendations, scout the perfect photo locations at your venue with optimal light, and provide helpful solutions to any wedding day needs you may have.
Step 4:
Your Wedding Day! Yay!
This is your day and it’s finally here! You get to take it all in and be present with your loved ones. I’ll be part of the team that gets to help make the magic of your day a reality - preserving the story of your day and every gorgeous detail in an artful, creative, and thoughtful way.
Step 5:
After Your Big Day
After the guests have all left, the dance floor is empty and the cake has been eaten, I’m sure you will be eager to see your beautiful images and keep reliving your day. I have been known to provide a few sneak peeks within a week after your big day, and this is so fun for you to share with whomever you’d like! A complete gallery of images will be provided 8 weeks after your wedding day along with a download PIN.
Step 6:
Heirloom Album
The great and final step is to place all these amazing moments and images together in a gorgeously designed, leather bound, premium album. It’s like taking all the beautiful heartfelt moments from your wedding day and preserving them in a hand-crafted book, custom made by artisans, for your loved ones to look at and cherish for years to come - a true family heirloom.
